Raised in Taiwan, educated in Finland, and having gained valuable experience in China, I have now relocated to Singapore. As a design research lead with 4 junior researchers, my responsibilities were:

  • Mentored junior researchers in advanced research methodologies, ensuring high-quality research outcomes.

  • Streamlined project workflows to meet strategic objectives and timelines.

  • Directed worldwide research initiatives for ASUS's gaming product category (Republic of Gamers).

UX/UI Lead @ Kohler Co.

As a leader working with 3 other mid-level designers, my responsibilities are:

  • Established and optimized design workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project success.

  • Maintained design consistency across all mediums and platforms while adapting to regional market needs.

  • Provided mentorship in research methodologies, workshop facilitation, and user insight extraction.
