I led UX research and design initiatives for Kohler's smart home ecosystem, focusing on product interfaces and the Konnect mobile app. I directed research discussions, managed design resources, and created UX artifacts to support cross-functional teams. Key achievements:

• Series of qualitative research on wellness product strategy.

• Creating new UX features such as Anthem shower experience and Numi 2 intelligent toilet on Kohler Konnect mobile app.

• Creating smart home strategy to improve overall customer experience.

I oversee three talented designers. My primary focus is to create a cohesive and consistent UX experience for new version of Kohler Konnect across different global markets. In this role, I have successfully led the design work of:

• Consolidating assets from Sketch/Zeplin to Figma and fine-tuning the designs based on user feedback.
